Cabin Fever Weekend 2024 is worth getting out for.

Yes, it’s been an unusual winter, but let’s be honest, we stay in more in the winter. It’s time to get out there and enjoy a fun weekend with friends or family. There is lots going on in Lanesboro from March 8-10. Come out for the artist showcase and see artists demonstrating what they do, stop and ask questions and shop if you like. Make sure to stop at the capstone pottery event of a young community artist at Lanesboro Arts Gallery.

More than just art, music is featured this weekend with live music at Sylvan Brewing and High Court Pub. Take is live theater with the apprentice capstone presentation of “The Effect”

Cabin Fever always takes advantage of the cold weather and the fact that you can carry your alcoholic drink around town, with area establishments offering spiked hot drinks to stay or to go. Try out featured drinks at High Court Pub, Home Sweet Home & The Legion. Can’t find something you like? Get a drink at Paddle On and spike it yourself with a 50ml mini at Granny’s Liquor next door.

If you’ve never tried Hidden Halls Mystery House make plans to get into the limited scheduled openings. It’s Lanesboro’s best winter attraction

The weather has been lovely. Take advantage of it and learn something new with maple syruping up at Eagle Bluff, just a 10 min drive north of town.

Play a game with friends or make new friends at the Burmeister Game-A-Thon. Want something more active? Free indoor pickleball with get the blood flowing. Want to try something new? Try your hand at art or poetry at Sylvan Brewing on Sunday.

With so much to do, try and enjoy, you don’t want to stay cooped up at home. Plan to spend the weekend in Lanesboro March 8-10
